The aim of the conference, was to enable discussions on improving the cooperation between science and business, and the presentation of scientific projects with a high application value, developing Polish innovation in biomedicine. These were conducted by the researchers of the Center for Preclinical Research and Technology - CePT. The chairman of the scientific sessions, entitled "CePT pro futuro", was prof. Adam Szewczyk, while prof. Bożena Kamińska presented innovative projects implemented by her team. The Nencki Institute also had its own exhibition stand, where Urszula Rybak from the Department of International Cooperation and Project Management, represented the Institute.

An important factor in the program, was the discussion panel "Challenges in contact between business representatives and scientific units", in which prof.
