The National Science Centre grants for the Nencki Institute

The National Science Centre has announced the ranking lists of projects approved for funding in OPUS 20, Sonata 16 and PRELUDIUM BIS 2 calls. Scientists from the Nencki Institute received financial support for 7 research projects.

dr hab. Joanna Urban-Ciećko  - The role of somatostatin- and parvalbumin interneurons in the modulation of neuronal function and synaptic plasticity via the activation of GABAb receptors.



dr Ali Jawaid - The role of lipid metabolism in transmission of parental traumatic experiences across generations.

dr Alicja Puścian - Coming together - neural dynamics of transition from out-group reserve to in-group fellowship
